Corporate or guild rates are based on five individuals from the entity as members.  Higher or lower numbers of individuals as members from the entity will be prorated according to the club schedule as to fees and dues.

     The amount of dues is subject to change by the CPR Board of Directors based upon costs of operation.  Membership is limited to six hundred and fifty members.

Disclosure of Intention
     It is the intention of Colorado Private Reserve to commence full operation by May 2000 at a budget consistent with the capitalization fee and the monthly dues.  Such intention is based on extensive review by the architects and contractors of the project.  In the event of an unexpected change of projected expenses of construction or operation, the necessity of a surcharge in regard to capitalization or dues may be required of prospective members to retain their membership status.  In such event, a member shall have the right to withdraw their application for membership and receive a full refund of their capitalization fees paid to that date.  Said right of refund shall terminate at such date as the club opens for operation.  In the event of such an election of refund, their rights as a prospective member shall be terminated.

     It is the philosophy and intent of the club to avoid numerous surcharges and miscellaneous expenses for its members.  As such, it is the expectation of the club that members will fully utilize the club's amenities.  However, in the event that the continuation of an amenity (i.e. restaurant) requires a surcharge payment by the members in the form of additional dues, the Board of Directors shall have the right to approve such surcharge as needed.
