Part 135
Part 135 governs passenger and cargo operations using aircraft of 30 or less seats and 7500 pounds or less maximum payload. This includes on-demand services and scheduled Commuter Service using aircraft of 9 or less seats.

Following are the certification classifications under Part 121:

Commuter Operations – Authorizes carriage of passengers and cargo in scheduled operations using aircraft of 9 or less seats.

On-Demand Operations – Authorizes non-scheduled passenger or cargo operations and scheduled cargo operations.
                                            On-Demand Cargo Only Operations – Authorizes non-scheduled cargo operations.
